Mô tả công việc

  • · Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS
  • · Collect and review financial data from six subsidiaries
  • · Eliminate intercompany transactions and perform currency translations (USD/KRW)
  • · Support public disclosure requirements from the Korean headquarters and coordinate with external auditors for consolidated audits
  • · Communicate with subsidiaries and headquarters on accounting and financial matters
  • · Analyze profit and loss statements, financial positions, cash flows, and key financial ratios
  • · Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual performance, identify key drivers
  • · Perform account analysis and prepare management reports upon request
  • · Reporting directly to the Chairman and the Group Accounting Director at Korean HQ
  • Work location: Hanoi office, with occasional same-day business trips to plants in Hung Yen and Thai Nguyen

Yêu cầu công việc

  • · Male, bachelor of University/ College Degree in Economics, Accounting, …
  • · Over 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry
  • · Proficient in English; Korean language skills are a strong advantage
  • · Hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
  • · Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • · Experienced in using SAP
  • · Experience in handling multinational consolidated financial reports or audit engagements
  • · Previous work experience in multinational corporations or large-scale enterprises
  • Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
