Mô tả công việc

· Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.

· Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.

· Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.

· Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.

· Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.

· Good at English or Korean

· Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.

· Strong leadership and people management abilities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

· Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.

· Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.

· Salary: Up to 40 million VND

· Bonus: 13th monthly salary + 14th month salary if company has profit + performance incentives

· Day off: Summer holiday: 5 days, Company Foundation, Mid Autumn

· Healthcare insurance package for employee and wife/husband, accident insurance 24/24h

· Working time: 8:00- 17:20 from Monday – Friday

· Shuttle bus from Hanoi, Dong Anh, Soc Son
